手動安裝
手動安裝是基于單一的或產(chǎn)量較低的生產(chǎn)狀況下采用的方式,安裝方式如下:
半自動和自動安裝
設(shè)計簡單的工具或工裝可以達(dá)到快速及自動裝配的作業(yè)。要將軸用擋圈安裝在軸上,可以利用套筒和上窄下寬的錐形堵頭協(xié)助安裝,堵頭的斜度約為6°;將堵頭放在軸的末端,再用活動的套筒將擋圈從堵頭推進(jìn)溝槽內(nèi)。手壓沖床或氣壓桿常利用這種方式裝配。
孔用擋圈也采用類似的安裝方式。一個上寬下窄的錐形套筒可以讓套筒輕松地把擋圈推入槽中。組裝用具必須有堅硬的表面才能減少磨損。
拆卸方式
彈性擋圈在末端有扇形拆卸口(removal notches)的設(shè)計,易于從槽中取出;因為扇形拆卸口在軸與擋圈之間、或孔與擋圈之間提供了一個小缺口的空隙,方便拆卸工具插入進(jìn)行拆卸。

用手拉住擋圈,沿著圓周旋出直到擋圈脫離溝槽
拆卸工具
我們的螺旋彈性擋圈拆卸工具,零件編號RT-107。工具的尾端呈開孔狀,將擋圈的扇形拆卸口末端套入后,先朝橫向拉、再向上拉出即可。
